Quality Body Shop in Akron did an excellent job repairing my 2026 Subaru WRX Limited rear end accident damage after I was hit by a semi. They gave me a time estimate the day of drop off and it was done on the exact estimated completion date. They kept me updated every day via text and called with any major updates. They worked directly with the Progressive adjuster to supplement any adjustments that needed to be made along the way so the whole process was super smooth and simple. My car looks perfect again and right back to how it was before the accident. 11/10 they did fantastic work! I absolutely recommend these folks to fix your Subaru, they are a Subaru Certified Collision Center and it shows!

Excellent experience overall. Detailed explanation of the necessary work needed and a very reasonable timeline for completion set expectations. The work was actually completed 2 days early and to an "as new" standard. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body work done as well as I, personally, will not hesitate to return to them for any work I need done in the future. Thank you!

Hit a piece of a large semi truck tire on the interstate at 70 mph and damaged my front bumper and fender pretty good. I lived in Akron just about my whole life and had no clue about this place until my insurance suggested it as one close to my home. From start to finish it was a great experience, which is weird to say because you obviously don't want this stuff to happen to your car in the first place, but they made everything very simple and straightforward. Jasmine at the front was very helpful and friendly. Nicole was excellent as well. My car was there for 4 days and got a new bumper, which they painted (pearl white), and they fixed my fender. The paint job looks amazing and I am really happy that they fixed up my car so well. They also cleaned the interior and exterior as well before I picked it up. The communication was excellent too. I got regular updates via text about my car. Though I did get an initial check from my insurance company based on their estimate, it ended up being more than the insurance estimated, and they dealt with getting the remaining payment from them, making it even easier. All in all, I hope to never have to be back here, but if I ever get into a
